How to get your files after purchase — and what to do if something goes sideways.

How do I receive my files after purchase?
As soon as your order is complete, you'll receive an email with your download links. You can also access your files from your account dashboard anytime. 🐦
How long do I have to download my files?
Your downloads never expire! Log into your account whenever you need to grab them again.
My download link isn't working — help!
No worries! Check your spam folder first, then reach out at - and I'll send fresh links right away.
Can I download on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Files download on any device. For larger zip files, a computer or tablet works best for unzipping.

Can I use the artwork for commercial projects?
Yes! Most collections include a small-business commercial license — perfect for junk journals, printables, planners, cards, classroom resources, and finished creative products you sell.
Can I resell the clipart or digital papers as-is?
No — artwork must be used as part of a new creative project (like a printable, journal page, or design). Please don't resell or redistribute the original files.
Do I need to credit Storybook Sparrow Studio?
Credit isn't required, but it's always appreciated! Tag @storybooksparrow so I can cheer on your creations. 🌈
Can I use the artwork for print-on-demand shops?
Print-on-demand (mugs, shirts, stickers, etc.) requires an extended license. Reach out and I'll help you get set up!
Can teachers use these in classrooms?
Absolutely! Teachers are welcome to use the artwork in classroom materials, worksheets, and educational resources.

What file types will I receive?
Clipart comes in high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Digital papers are JPGs, and printables are PDFs — all crisp, print-ready, and 300 DPI.
What resolution are the files?
Everything is 300 DPI — professional print quality, perfect for both printing and digital design work.
What's the best paper for printing?
For junk journals, try 32lb or cardstock. For coloring pages, standard 20lb printer paper works beautifully. For deep-color digital papers, matte photo paper looks stunning!
Can I edit or recolor the artwork?
You can resize, crop, and combine images freely. Recoloring is welcome for personal projects. Please keep the original artistic style intact for commercial use.
Do I need special software?
Nope! PNGs and JPGs open in almost anything — Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, Word, Google Slides, and more. PDFs print straight from any device.
