Save your files somewhere safe

When you download your collection, save it to a folder you'll remember. A folder named after the collection makes it easy to find again later.

Read your license

Before you start creating, take a moment to read the license terms that come with your purchase. They explain exactly how you can use the artwork.

A few things people often wonder right after buying.

I can't find my confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders, and search your inbox for "Storybook Sparrow Studio." Make sure you're checking the email address you used at checkout. If it still hasn't arrived, send me a note and I'll help you sort it out.

My download isn't opening. Is something wrong?

Downloads can sometimes be tricky on phones and tablets. If you can, try downloading on a computer instead. If the files arrive in a zipped folder, you may need to unzip (extract) them before you can open the images. Still stuck? Reach out and include the name of the collection you bought.

Can I use this artwork in products I sell?

That depends on the license for your specific collection. Please read the license terms included with your purchase before using the artwork commercially. If anything is unclear, ask me before you publish. I'm always happy to clarify.

I need my files in an accessible or large print format.

Accessibility matters to me as a visually impaired creator too. If you're having trouble reading instructions or using your files, let me know what would help and I'll do my best to find a workable option.
