Welcome to [NAME]
The place for women with unpredictable energy to plan for the crash and find calm on hard days. Your spot is saved. There's nothing you have to do right now.
[Cancel anytime, come back anytime. Or pause a month, if AttractWell allows it.]
Hi friend, I'm so glad you're here.
I'm Adele, a certified life coach. I live with unpredictable energy too, so I made [NAME] for the days when a small thing is all you can do.
Each month you get one pack with one theme. You check your color first, then pick a page that fits the energy you have today.
You don't have to use it all. You don't have to keep up. Some months you might only open one file. That counts.
Doing less is not failing.

Where to start, in 3 small steps
Do one step today, or none. They'll still be here tomorrow.
1
Read the Start Here post
It's pinned at the top of the members area. It shows you around in a few short lines.
2
Check your color
What does your energy look like today? If you're not sure, start with Yellow.
3
Pick one page
Open This Month's Pack and choose one page that fits your color. One page is enough.
What the colors mean
Each part of the members area is sorted by color, so you can find what fits today.
Red day
Overload or flare. Safety and rest, in the way your life allows. Coloring pages only. No questions, no tasks.
Blue day
Fog or shutdown. Something soft to look at. Coloring pages only. No questions, no tasks.
Yellow day
Limited but working. One to three tiny steps, with a stopping point. Cut-and-paste papers and simple pages.
Green day
Steadier capacity. Protect the good day so it lasts. Tutorials and make-your-own prompts.
Good to know
A few plain answers for your first days. The Help page in the members area has more.
This is a craft and journaling club. It's not medical care or therapy. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
How do I download the files?
How do I print them?
What if I miss a month?
How do I ask a question?
How do I cancel?
Small is still something.
When you're ready, come say hello in the community. Or don't. You're welcome here either way.
Use what helps. Skip what doesn't.
You can stop here.
